Assignable Bookstore Order Form

Instructions
OpenStax offers student access codes for its Assignable platform, which can be sold through campus bookstores. This guide outlines the process for bookstore managers.

1️⃣ Fill out this order form


2️⃣ 
OpenStax will send an Estimate
After submitting the completed order form, OpenStax will send an estimate based on the provided details. You will be able to review and accept or reject the estimate.

3️⃣ You will send the Purchase Order (PO)
You can use the estimate to request a PO from your procurement department. Send the PO to OpenStax@rice.edu with reference to the estimate number.

4️⃣ OpenStax will send you the Access Codes and invoice
OpenStax will deliver the Assignable access codes to the bookstore and will send the invoice in accordance with the PO instructions.

5️⃣ Distribute Access Codes to Students
You may now sell the codes to students for use with the OpenStax Assignable platform.
Please note: Students also have the option to purchase Assignable access directly through the platform for $15 per course.

Code Expiration Policy
Codes are not tied to activation or usage for billing purposes. Instead, they are valid upon issuance and include a 3-year expiration period (subject to change).

Reordering and Flexibility
OpenStax strives to accommodate bookstore needs, especially for urgent reorders.

Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. We kindly ask that you carefully review your estimate details before sending your PO.
